Fitness & Parkour
Prerequisite: S.T.A.R. Puppy, Basic Manners, or Instructor Approval
Meets: Once a week (1 hour) for 5 weeks
Keep your dog fit and active and have fun with our Fitness and Parkour class. Each week we will learn a new element of canine fitness and work on some fun parkour moves.
Week One – Strengthening and flexibility exercise
Week Two – Body awareness exercises
Week Three – Balance and core exercises
Week Four – Movement exercises
Week Five – Parkour exercises
What is Parkour?
Dog parkour, sometimes known as urban agility, is a challenging, but fun, physical activity in which the dogs learn to interact with their environment.
